Introduction

We sincerely invite you to join the GCC Roundtable – Human Resources in Chengdu on June 17th 2019, Monday.


GCC Roundtable is one of the most representative events of German Chamber of Commerce, is to encourage the mutual communication between colleagues of same working groups from different enterprises and share own opinions and experiences. 


Effective human resources management continues to be a big challenge for German companies with operations in China. As China's economy is transitioning towards becoming a "knowledge economy" the needs of employers and employees alike are changing as well. As HRs we are both face different kinds of difficulty: rising labor costs, flattening productivity and an overall shortage of skilled workers remain the primary concerns of our member companies.

 

Mr. Youmans Zhang, the HR Director from Kempinski Hotel Chengdu, is the host of the HR Roundtable, he will share his profound opinions about the industry and experiences through these years, and he will throw several relevant questions to let us discuss. We also have the chance to have mutual communication with senior HR manager in Chengdu, have discussion on the difficulties we are facing.

德国商会圆桌会议是商会最具代表性的活动之一,目的是促进企业中在相同工作领域的管理者之间的交流,提供交换意见、分享经验的平台。
